1. What size am I?

We want everyone to enjoy our bracelets so that means that we offer all different sizes. Note that due to different designs there is a small margin of error. All sizes are between two measurements. Please see the size chart as follows:

Small 6″- 6 1/4″

Medium 6 1/2″- 6 3/4″

Large 6 3/4″ – 7″

If you require a specific size not listed please email us with your order number so we can adjust the size according to your needs. 

2. Where can I shop locally for a bracelet?

3. How do I care for my bracelet and crystals?

It’s very important to understand the power of crystals. Crystals absorb energy and just like humans, require cleansing as well. You can cleanse your bracelet through sunlight, sage smoke, incense, or essential oil mist. You can charge your bracelet with moonlight or by placing it on selenite for a period of time. It’s very important that you do not get your bracelet wet for a couple different reasons. Some crystals melt in water, some crystals have materials in them such as lead or other metals that should not be absorbed by your skin. There is also a possibility of having your charms tarnish your beautiful crystals.

4. How do I book a bracelet party?

5. When can I expect my package?

Your package will be ready to ship in 2-5 days unless otherwise posted. You will receive an email when it’s on it’s way. If it’s a custom order, the turn around period is 1 month and only a small amount of them are opened up per month.

6. What is your warranty and refund policy?

All exchanges and returns must be sent back within 4 weeks of purchase and be unworn. 

Refunds will only be applied if bracelet and packaging is in brand new condition.

7. My bracelet is broken, what now?

Please email hello@spiritcollab.com to let us know of the breakage.

We’ll ask you to mail us the beads and we can restring it for you free of charge. There will be no refunds issued for broken bracelets.
